Waikanae Golf Club

You will have noted that an area at the entrance to the carpark has been resealed making for a great improvement in the general appearance of our premises.  The cost of that work (about $5,000) was paid by a donation from the Waikanae Veterans’ Tournament Committee, convened until this year by Brian Cardiff.  The funds raised were the result of a lot of hard work by this committee over the past 5 years in the running of their highly successful 4 day mixed tournaments held each November.  We trust that the work carried out in the carpark itself will remain ‘pot hole free’ for at least another couple of years.
