Hole 1
The 1st Tee is adjacent to the practice putting area. The hole is Par 4 for the men and is 360m from the Blue Tees and 333m from the White Tees. It is a dogleg right with out of bounds on the right (Practice Fairway) and wetlands along the left of the fairway. Best played with a tee shot approximately 200m to the centre of the turn on the fairway providing a clear and direct shot of 135 -180m into the green, this takes out of play the willo trees defining the out of bounds on the right. There is also a deep bunker on the left hand side of the green to be avoided.
Hole 2
A straight shot into this par 3 will be rewarded, stray right brings a meadering stream into play and to the left is wetlands. The green is bounded on both sides by low mounds.
The approach to this green can often be soft.
Hole 3
The 3rd hole requires a straight drive toward the left hand side of the fairway.
Caution is required as a stream runs along this border, but a shot to the right will end up in the trees or the trees will impede a shot down the fairway which doglegs to the right.
A flat fairway leads to this slightly elevated green with a small mound front right. A shot left of the green requires a deft chip to hold on the green.
Hole 4
A need for accuracy is required here, though a short hole, there is a stream along the right, with out of bounds along the left. A bunker protects the righthand side of the green.
The green is two tiered with a long gradual slope between the levels.
Hole 5
A drive over the stream here will place you on an open fairway.
Play over the mound (180m from the green) toward the green, which
is protected on both sides by bunkers.
An easier hole for the long hitters to birdie.
9th Hole
An interesting left hand dogleg through a saddle that needs some thoughts
on placement of your drive.
180 metres from the top of the saddle to an elevated green with a deep
pot bunker on the front left hand side.
An open fairway lined with pines to the left.
From 180m atop the saddle.
A deep pot bunker on lefthand face.
The view back down the fairway.
